Mega Unbreakable Heart Pendant

The Nailmaille® Mega Unbreakable Heart Pendant features 2 nails (316 stainless steel surgical grade) tig welded together and hung by a ring. Size of heart is 2.25" x 2". This does not include a chain. 

There is an art to the Unbreakable Heart. Statement from the artist and welder, Mike Wille:
"I prefer the look of something that is obviously welded, and welded well, in such a way that I can showcase my skill and experience. Tig welding is as much of an art as it is a science, and tig welding thin pieces of stainless steel correctly is a very advanced skill. Add in the shape of the metal being curved rather than a flat sheet or structural shape and the difficulty increases even more. A laser welded heart can be easily broken apart with pliers. A tig welded one is so strong that you will break the nails themselves without damaging the weld, and this "unbreakable" symbology in the context of a heart resonates strongly with me."
